Clark's Farm is a small seventh generation family farm in the heart of Howard County. We raise our vegetables and animals in a sustainable manner that benefits the animals, the consumer, and the land.

You can purchase our 100% grass-fed beef and pastured pork (see note below)!
We have homegrown, seasonal produce too!
Right now we are harvesting lots of greens- lettuce, kale, swiss chard, spinach, and more!

Dear Wonderful Customers,

We have done some thinking, searching, and assessing on the farm this Winter and it has led us to make a very tough decision. We are going to take a break from our beef and pork production. This is something we need to do as a farm and family, and our decision was not made lightly.
The main reason this has been such a hard decision for us is because of YOU. Over the past 10 years we have gotten to know you and enjoyed feeding you and your families. This isn’t the end of our meat production, but it will be an extended break. Feel free to stay on your email list and connected with our farm for produce and other updates.
We will have a larger pork order available this month and a small final one in March. For our beef, we plan to continue selling through the Spring. Keep an eye on our email updates for when everything will be in stock.
THANK YOU! From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for supporting our farm and letting us fill your freezers. We have loved every minute and look forward to continuing to stay connected to our community in different ways. We are still going to be growing and providing produce year round and are looking forward to our favorite season, Summer, when our Roadside Produce Stand will be open.   • We raise our animals in a low-stress, natural environment and treat them humanely from birth to market
  • We manage the grazing of our animals to enhance the growth of the pasture, the health of the land, and the nutritional value of our products
  • We do not treat our animals with hormones
  • We do not treat our animals with routine, low-level antibiotics
  • We do not confine our animals except to protect them from extreme weather conditions
  • Our cows are 100% grassfed and we do not feed them grain, soy, corn silage, or feed concentrates
  • We only feed our pigs non-GMO grains (not from genetically modified organisms)
  • We raise our vegetables without the use of any synthetic chemical pesticides, herbicides or fertilizers
  • All vegetables, herbs and flowers in our CSA shares are raised on our farm.
  • Our entire farm, 540 acres, is in either the county or state farmland preservation programs
  • We protect our streams from harmful animal impacts through a variety of soil conservation and conservation reserve programs
  • We want to know our customers and want our customers to know their farmers

We sell our meats year-round. For our garden produce, we focus most of our attention on growing Summer vegetables on our farm. We sell these vegetables two different ways. You can purchase our Clark's Farm-raised vegetables, herbs and flowers at our Roadside Farm Stand as follows:
