April 1 - early November: You can come to our Castle Store anytime the petting farm is open (Tuesday to Sunday 10 AM to 5 PM). Park in the petting farm parking lot, enter the Castle Store building, pick your items, and make your purchase. It's that easy

How We Grow

• We grow a variety of seasonal vegetables and herbs
• We raise our vegetables without the use of any synthetic chemical pesticides, herbicides or fertilizers
• We use cover crops to increase organic matter and prevent soil erosion
• We rotate crops through the garden to help manage soil fertility and reduce pest pressure
• We strive to promote biodiversity and healthy soils to produce healthy vegetables
• Our entire farm, 540 acres, is in either the county or state farmland preservation program
• We protect our streams through a variety of soil conservation and conservation reserve programs
• We want to know our customers and want our customers to know their farmers
• We also offer a Cut Your Own Flowers Garden during the Summer with fresh zinnias, celosia, strawflowers, sunflowers and more!
