We are very proud of our 100% grassfed beef. Letting our cows graze throughout their lives gives them the diet that is best suited to them. Our sustainable farming practices help us protect our streams, rivers, and the Chesapeake Bay while creating a better flavor in our meat. We work with the Maryland Grazers Network in an ongoing effort to improve our pastures, our soils and the health and well-being of our cattle.

Our 100% grassfed naturally-raised beef provides these qualities:

  • Not fed or given synthetic hormones, steroids, low-level antibiotics or animal byproducts.
  • Raised in an environmentally friendly manner with humane care and sustainable practices
  • Select genetic bloodlines to thrive on a grassfed diet
  • Processed in a USDA-inspected facility
  • Dry-aged for 21 days, then flash-frozen to lock in flavor and tenderness
  • High in Omega-3, CLA and favorable fatty acids
  • Favorable unsaturated to saturated fat ratio
  • Lower in total fat and cholesterol than corn-fed beef
  • High in antioxidants, such as Vitamin E
